Hi-Float is a special liquid sealant applied inside latex balloons that helps them float 2-3 times longer than standard balloons. It's perfect for events where you need your balloons to last all day (or longer!). We offer high-float treatment for an additional charge.

We recommend ordering at least 48-72 hours in advance, especially for larger orders or during busy celebration seasons. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible!

Yes! At Telluride's high altitude, helium balloons actually have more lift than at sea level. However, they may not float quite as long due to the thinner atmosphere. We use high-float treatments to help extend their float time.

Latex balloons typically float for 8-12 hours (longer with high-float treatment), while mylar balloons can last several days to weeks. Altitude, temperature, and balloon type all affect float time.

We're happy to fill balloons purchased from our shop. Unfortunately, we cannot fill outside balloons due to quality and safety standards.

Cold temperatures cause helium to contract, making balloons appear deflated. Bring them back inside to warm up and they'll re-inflate! We recommend keeping balloons indoors during Telluride winters.

Latex balloons are biodegradable, come in more color options, and have a classic look. Mylar (foil) balloons hold helium longer, feature fun designs and characters, and are more durable.

Yes! All helium balloons come with your choice of curling ribbon in various colors. We can also provide longer strings or specialized ribbon upon request.

Currently, we offer in-store pickup only. Balloons are ready for you to take with you or can be held for same-day pickup.

Keep balloons secured in your vehicle—preferably in a larger space like an SUV or back seat. Avoid letting them touch hot surfaces or get crushed. In cold weather, transport them carefully, as they may temporarily deflate but will re-expand indoors.
