Nestled in the heart of our mountain community, the shop has become a beloved destination for families seeking more than just toys—it's a place where imagination takes center stage.

From Finance to Fun: Carolyn
Carolyn Soules first fell in love with Telluride in 1997, though she returned to Boston to work in finance before making her way back for good. She and her husband bought a home here in 2013 and moved permanently in 2018. Now, with two school-aged kids, she's tested more toys than she ever imagined possible—and she loves helping other discover the ones that truly delight!

From Cali to Community: Matty
Matty Kuzmich moved to Colorado from Claremont, California in 1991 and discovered Telluride two years later—instantly feeling at home. While the mountains and adventures were a huge draw, it was the community that truly sealed the deal. He and his partner Kristen have a daughter, Arenal, who's a great helper at the Shoppe, even supplying some of her own creations!
