They can punch it or kick it and it will bounce right back at them due to the ballast in the base. Targets printed around the punching bag help allow to work on their hand-eye coordination. Strike the upper target using their hands, while the lower targets will require a precise kick!
Fill the base of the punching bag with either sand or water to provide stability as well as the bounce back action. Once you fill the base then simply inflate the punching bag using the foot pump that is included. Product Specifications: Package contains one 44 inch inflatable punching bag and one foot pump for easy inflation and deflation. Recommended for children ages 3+.
